For over 10 years, Skill Hunter has been a key player in tech recruitment, managing a network of over 75,000 talented people. Their mission: to connect companies and candidates with precision, combining human expertise and technological power.
At a time of rapid market transformation, Skill Hunter wanted to upgrade its website to reflect its premium positioning and reinforce its image as a strategic partner for innovative companies and talent alike.
OBJECTIVES
Design a website to match their expertise: modern, clear and engaging.
Based on the existing visual identity, we redesigned the entire Skill Hunter website, modernizing the graphic charter with subtle gradients, net shapes and dynamic iconography. Each element has been designed to create a coherent, modular visual system, capable of adapting to all future communication media.
Ergonomics and navigation have been optimized to make the experience more intuitive: a streamlined design, structured content and a clear hierarchy of offers guide the user from the moment they arrive on the platform.
We’ve designed an interface that illustrates the balance between technological innovation and human support, the pillars of the Skill Hunter approach. This new site strengthens their credibility with ETIs and large companies, while attracting tech talent looking for new opportunities.
We also prepared the graphic foundations for the creation of B2B decks and documents, enabling Skill Hunter to promote its expertise and talent network in a clear and impactful way.
This digital overhaul enables Skill Hunter to consolidate its position as a premium tech recruitment agency. Thanks to a modernized identity and a site designed for efficiency, the brand has gained in impact, legibility and appeal, reinforcing its role as a key player in the recruitment market.
